If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a Christmas village house for a present. They have on their site if it is ordered before December 14th with standard shipping it is guaranteed Christmas delivery. I got an email stating that it has shipped. I followed the tracking. It was in Massachusetts on 12/20. I was happy as I live in Rhode Island! This package sat at this facility for TEN DAYS Not moving. I reached out by email to the company as they have no number listed. I asked if I could cancel the order since it was already past Christmas and I already had to buy another gift and the package was sitting at a facility not moving for ten days. I got a short email back addressed by no one stating once I receive said item I can send it back or I have to refuse the package from the postal service. Problem being it’s now 1/5/21and still no word from this company and my package is even further away in Albany,NY. It’s been sitting there since 12/31/20. I’ve emailed them advising not only that the package has yet to move but also I wanted a refund for shipping as I paid for 3-7 business days shipping to arrive for Christmas and they stopped responding. This company is a JOKE. Plain and simply a crap company with crap employees who do not have a decent bone in their boy. They have a 1.5 star rating with the BBB. Wish I had checked that prior to ordering from them. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from this company. Plain and simple just a ???? stain on the internet sucking money from everyone they can with no products in sight.
I wish I had read these reviews before actually placing an order with this company. Do not order anything from them! I seriously doubt I will receive my order as it has been months. My fault for not researching them first.

Terrible customer service bought from them previously was looking for customer appreciation for a major screw up they did and got nothing! Late responses and excuses only via email. Back door garage business with no customer care!!!
Buyer beware! I won't go through all the details. Didn't receive my order. I have sent several emails with no response over 6+ weeks. Don't waste your money!
I’m still waiting on an item that was purchased the beginning of Dec. After following up with them myself and getting very little communication, I have come to the conclusion that this product is never going to actually be delivered, and now I’m fighting for my money back. “Just send back once you receive the item and we’ll issue a refund.” Um, excuse me, exactly how am I supposed to return an item that never made it here? It should not fall on the customer to have to make these things right. If you have my money but I don’t have the item ordered, then it is your responsibility to fix it. Their Customer Service is a joke, and NO ONE should take the risk and order from them. Save yourself the hassle and take your money to Amazon instead.

Don't waste your time or money. They will send you the wrong items, demand you return them *which is fine* and not send you your actual item or refund you until you send it back. So, they hold your money for a month or so, send you whatever they feel like, then you don't get your money back until you send back what they incorrectly sent you. Their customer service is HORRIBLE
I order a family set of Pajamas over $200 on November 22 I have not got an email or anything. The tracking showing as if they left the store it hasn't. I have contacted my bank requesting my money back not playing with tthem. Do not order from them Christmas is next week thats a Damm shame.
I purchased a gator for the NE Patriots, get the package 2 weeks later and it is for the wrong team. Email them immediately and they ask me to send a picture (as if I'm lying). The options they offer to correct THEIR error are: keep it for 25% off (ha!) Or they send me a postage paid envelope so I can return the item, THEN they give me a refund. UNACCEPTABLE. They messed up, they should send me my money back immediately. Buy your sports apparel elsewhere. JCPenney, Kohls, etc have great selection and much better customer service.
My experience with this company was very positive. Ashley was very understanding and returned my call within 20 minutes after I submitted a call back request. Ashley has excellent customer service skills, and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. My family will only order from this company when it comes to Florida Gators merchandise. I wish that I could give them 10 stars!!!!
I ordered a few items over the weekend and had a little panic attack when I saw the negative reviews. I am so happy I did not try canceling the order because I have received the first portion (masks) of the order today (3 business days later!!) and it was fantastic! The quality is as good as any other masks I've seen and I could not have asked for faster shipping! Very pleased with experience!
We ordered 2 masks from them and was notified that there would be a delay in shipping. Totally understand with everything that is going on in todays world. Finally received our masks and one was defective. Sent a picture of it, got a response that next day that they would be replacing it with a new one. Great customer service and communication.
This is the worst company in America. SFI has sent my masks to the wrong address twice. They want to reship the mask. Sounds good, but to the wrong address. I’ve tried to give SFI the correct address. I’ve asked for a refund at this point. Its been six months. It takes weeks or monts to get masks delivered to the wrong address.
